Methodologies: Focus groups across multiple industry segments in Germany and the US with end-users and gatekeepers; 5 ethnographic site visits to manufacturing facilities in the US and Germany to observe glove usage, talk with health and safety personnel, and interact with end users in their working environment.

The result: A comprehensive report that provided the detailed insights and feedback by industry vertical of the new glove concepts and special features the client was considering. Armed with these insights, the client was able to refine their glove concepts further and move closer to production by preparing prototype gloves for in-field testing.
